Initiate Your Return
Log in to your GATE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
